The platform organisations use to build, manage and monitor AI chatbots and agents. I lead its front end and I’m the engineering team’s Scrum Master.
Overview
Helvia.ai is a Greek AI company. Its platform helps organisations build and run AI agents trained on their own data, for customer service, employee support and everyday operations.
Since 2021 I’ve led front-end development of the Helvia Console, the web application where teams design, manage and monitor their chatbots and AI agents.
What I did
- Lead front-end development of the Helvia Console with React, Redux Toolkit and Ant Design.
- Features across the product, including conversation-flow editing, analytics dashboards and live chat.
- Contributions to Helvia’s embeddable web chat, built with TypeScript, React and Bot Framework Web Chat.
- Prompt engineering as part of the job: prompts and LLM workflows that give reliable results with fewer tokens.
- Scrum Master for the engineering team: planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- People management for half of the team, including their pulse meetings and time off.
