The platform organisations use to build, deploy and monitor AI agents. I lead its front end and I’m the engineering team’s Scrum Master.
Overview
Helvia.ai is a Greek AI company. Its platform takes AI agents from idea to production: teams build an agent on a visual canvas, connect it to their own data, deploy it to a website or another channel, and follow how it performs.
The Helvia Console is the web application at the centre of that platform. It covers the whole lifecycle in three views: a Workspace for agents, knowledge bases, integrations and team access, a Designer for building agent workflows on a drag-and-drop canvas, and an Observatory for sessions, analytics and testing.
I have led front-end development of the Console since 2021, and I work on Helvia’s embeddable web chat, the widget visitors talk to on a customer’s site.
What I did
- Lead front-end development of the Helvia Console with React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit and Ant Design.
- Features across the product, from the workflow canvas to analytics dashboards and live chat.
- Internationalisation with i18next and end-to-end tests with Cypress.
- Contributions to Helvia’s embeddable web chat, built with TypeScript, React and Bot Framework Web Chat.
- Prompt engineering as part of the job: prompts and LLM workflows that give reliable results with fewer tokens.
- Scrum Master for the engineering team: planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- People management for half of the team, including their pulse meetings and time off.
